Casa Tan is a private holiday home in Betlem in northeastern Mallorca, about 70 meters from the sea. It can accommodate up to 6 people: four in 2 double bedrooms, and two more on the sofa bed (200 × 140 cm) in the living area.
Our family's retreat
Casa Tan is not an investment property. It's the house we go to ourselves when we want peace and quiet — and we rent it out because it would be a shame to leave it empty for ten months of the year.
Anyone who comes here should enjoy peace and quiet.
Betlem has no hotel complex, no beach bar with music, and no through traffic. If you're looking for entertainment and nightlife, Mallorca is the place to be—but not here. The pool is all yours—no shared pool, no sun loungers already taken at seven. The sea is only 70 meters away. Cala Na Clara is considered the most beautiful bay in the area, and Cala Mata is right next to a restaurant.
A little further on, near Colònia de Sant Pere, begins Sa Canova — 1,800 meters of sand without a single building. And on the north coast lies Cala Torta, framed by tamarisk trees and rocks.

The town is located in the municipality of Artà on the northeast coast, about 40 minutes from Palma Airport.
